As a Founding Learner at Meritus College, you’ll earn credentials that build toward a degree while helping shape a new kind of college for working adults. Tuition is fully covered, and the program is designed to fit around work and life.

You'll enroll in the Business Operations & People Leadership track. Every credit you earn stacks forward, and every stopping point is a real credential. Each semester is 16 weeks and includes two 8-week terms.

Choose the pace that works for you. Coursework is asynchronous from week to week. If live sessions are offered, they’ll be optional and recorded. Everything you need is available in Canvas, with no textbooks or extra costs.
