Meritus College was built for learners who’ve been told they missed their shot, only to discover that isn’t true. Our Associate of Applied Science in Technology and Innovation was built from the ground up for working adults, offering a flexible, career-aligned, coach-supported associate degree. We also offer career certificates for learners who want to upskill in weeks.

Meritus College was founded in 2025 to fill a critical gap in higher education. Talent is everywhere, but traditional higher education has not always been built for working adults. We exist to change that.
We built Meritus College for learners already doing hard work, whether at their jobs, at home, or in their communities. We offer flexible online learning that can be completed anywhere. No matter where you're at in life and what you're juggling, we believe learning should be accessible, engaging, and relevant to your career.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, flexible, and affordable education that helps working adults advance in their careers. We offer online programs that blend AI-forward technical training with professional development. Our academics are paired with personalized support and are designed for real-world impact. Every course is career-relevant. Every learner matters. And the path forward starts with a clear, achievable next step.

Meritus College is a nonprofit college registered under the Utah Postsecondary School and State Authorization Act (Utah Code, Title 13, Chapter 34) to operate as a degree granting postsecondary institution in the State of Utah.
Registration under the Utah Postsecondary School and State Authorization Act does not mean that the State of Utah supervises, recommends, nor accredits the institution. It is learners’ responsibility to determine whether credits, degrees, or certificates from the institution will transfer to other institutions or meet employers’ training requirements.
Meritus College is not accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education.
