You're never alone on your journey.

We know that success is a team endeavor. Meritus College is built to help you thrive starting from the moment you submit your application. From our coaches and instructors to peers in the virtual classroom, you’ll have a team supporting you every step of the way.

Personalized coaching

Each learner is paired with a dedicated coach for regular one-on-one check-ins and ongoing support. Coaching at Meritus isn't an add-on or something you only utilize in your final semester; it's built into the program from the start to drive learning and persistence. Coaches support skill-building and problem solving, reinforcing academic instruction.

Tech support and peer network

During orientation, we walk you through the technical platforms you'll use at Meritus so you feel confident with your new learning tools. If you have more detailed questions, our IT team is available for one-on-one tech guidance during their extensive office hours. You'll also join a peer community where you can connect, grow, and stay inspired.

Career tools that move with you

Courses include everything you need. There are no extra software tools, no additional fees, and no physical textbooks.  You’ll apply your learning through real-world projects, build your resume, and earn industry-aligned credentials. After graduation, you’ll still have access to career coaching, Coursera, and alumni support.

The Workplace as Laboratory Model

Your job becomes part of your classroom. Our “Workplace as Laboratory” model lets you earn credit by applying what you’re learning on the job. Whether you’re working, interning, or volunteering, you’ll reflect on real experiences, gain critical insights into organizational systems and workplace dynamics, and connect those lessons to your coursework. With support from instructors, coaches, and structured assignments, you’ll turn your day-to-day role into a meaningful part of your degree.
