What To Expect

You don't need to have everything figured out to start. From start to finish, you'll know what to expect from our team and how to set yourself up for success. Learn more below:

1. Apply Online

A short application, and that's it. No fee, no test scores, no essays to agonize over. Most people finish in under ten minutes.

2. Share your story

Tell us where you are and where you're headed. This is how we understand your goals, whether the program fits, and what support you'll need to succeed. We're reading for you, not your grammar, so write it the way you'd say it.

3.Submit your documents

Your official high school or college transcript, or an equivalent like a GED, plus a valid government-issued ID. If you're not sure where to find your transcript, we'll help you track it down.

4. Start Your Journey

Once you're admitted, you'll begin with orientation, your first coaching sessions, and learning built around where you want to go. From day one, you're working toward the job, not just the credential.
